Meet your instructor

Lou (she/her) has been practicing yoga for 13 years and shibari for 8 years across multiple countries.

Her yoga training has been focused on class charts and vinyasa with a focus on building mobility, strength and freedom of movement in bodies often tightened up by our sedentary lifestyle.

Lou’s rope practice originated in traditional Naka-style but has evolved over the years on Western style bondage and active bottoming. Her lessons focus less on patterns and more on building empathy, connection and feeling through rope.

Shibari

Build real connection with the power of rope.

Shibari is a notoriously hard skill to learn but a potent container for empathy, embodiment and self-expression. Whether you're a beginner or need some inspiration or guidance on your practice, a shibari lesson can help unlock a new playground.

Yoga and Movement

Get off your chair and on the mat, and breathe with your fellow weirdos. Come try something a little different with our rebellious and punk rock inspired flavor of yoga. With a heavy emphasis on rythmic vinyasa flows, this style of yoga is accessible to all body types and mobility levels.
